Ingredients

4 slices - sandwich bread

1 cup - grated cheese

1 cup - sweet Corn kernels

pepper to taste

salt to taste

Method

  1. Spread the grated cheese on a slice of bread, then add the sweet corn kernels.
  2. Sprinkle pepper and salt.
  3. Place another slice of bread on top and toast in a sandwich toaster. Serve hot.
