Ingredients

  • 4 - peeled Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup - Cream
  • 1/4 cup - French dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 120 g - grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • pinch - Cumin seed powder To prepare French dressing:
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - fresh ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - mild Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 Clove - Garlic

How to Make Cheese and Tomatoes

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bottle or jar with a cover.
  • Screw the cover on tightly.
  • When ready to serve, remove the garlic, and shake hard to blend.
  • Do not leave the garlic for more than a day.
  • If the vinegar is shark, add a trace of sugar.
  • Marinate tomato slices in French dressing for 30 mins. Drain and arrange on a serving dish.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients and spread over tomatoes.
  • Chill and serve.
