Ingredients

  • 2 slices - bread
  • 10-12 Cloves - garlic, chopped or crushed
  • 3-4 - Green chillies
  • 2 cups - mozzarella cheese, grated
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

How to Make Cheese Balls with garlic

  • Soak the bread slices in water and remove immediately. Remove the water from the slices with your hand. Keep the slices in a vessel.
  • Add garlic, green chillies, salt and black pepper.
  • Add all the cheese and mix well.
  • Prepare cheese pakodas and deep fry them.
  • Serve as starters with ketchup or salsa.
