  • 2 cups - flour
  • 1 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1/2 cup - butter
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cheese Bondas

  • Beat the eggs and blend well with the milk.
  • Mix the flour, grated cheese, chilli powder and butter together.
  • Make a well in the centre and pour in the egg-milk mixture.
  • Add salt and blend well.
  • Drop spoonfuls of these into hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
  • Drain and serve hot.
