Ingredients

  • 100 g - cheese, grated
  • 50 g - paneer, grated
  • 1 - potato, chopped
  • 2 - carrots, chopped
  • Beans - a few, chopped
  • 1/4 - cabbage, shredded
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 - onion, minced
  • 3 to 4 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A few - coriander leaves, chopped oil for frying

How to Make Cheese Bowl

  • Mix all the vegetables and boil for a few mins. Drain all the water and keep aside.
  • To the boiled vegetables, add grated cheese and paneer, minced onion, green chillies, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Make small balls from the batter and roll in the beaten egg. Then roll in the bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cheese balls until golden brown in colour.
  • Serve hot with any chutney.
