Ingredients

  • 4 - cups Chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup - shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Celery
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Garlic
  • Salt to taste:
  • A pinch - white pepper
  • 1 - tbsp Butter
  • 1 - tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 - cubes grated cheese
  • 1 cup - cheese ling biscuits

How to Make Cheese Celery soup

  • Heat butter. Fry onions and chopped garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken stalk, shredded chicken, celery, salt and white pepper.
  • Add corn flour paste, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add grated cheese, serve with cheese ling biscuits.
