Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated cheese
  • 2 tbsps - Butter
  • 2 tbsps - Flour
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of cayenne
  • Pepper and salt

How to Make Cheese Croquettes

  • Melt the butter in a pan, add flour and mix well. Cook for 3 mins.
  • Add milk, stirring all the time until the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and break the egg into the mixture.
  • Beat well.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Cool, shape and fry in deep boiling fat.
