How to Make Cheese Cups with Sausage Meat

  • Knead together the flour, cheese, butter, chilli and mustard powder with a little water and milk to make a smooth pliable dough. Roll out.
  • Cut in circles and line small greased round pastry cups.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (177 degrees C) for 10 - 15 minutes, cool and remove carefully from cups.
  • Fry the sausage meat with the chopped onions and coriander leaves. Add a chopped tomato if desired.
  • Cool and fill pastry cups. Place on a warm rack till serving time.
