  • 1 cup - Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup - Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp - Mixed herbs
  • 1/4 tsp - Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp - Milk.
  • How to Make Cheese Fondue:

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
    2. Add salt only if required as cheese contains salt.
    3. Microwave on medium for 3 mins and mix well into a smooth sauce.
    4. Light a small candle in the fondue stand.
    5. Place a fondue bowl on top of the stand and pour the cheesy sauce in it.
    6. Serve hot with finger-food.
