Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rice
  • 1 cup - cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1 - small Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - chopped capsicum/green bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cheese n Cabbage Rice

  • Cook rice and cool.
  • Fry the chopped garlic and onion till it turns golden brown.
  • Once done, add the capsicum/green bell pepper and cabbage and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
  • Add the rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. While frying, add salt and pepper as required.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately garnished with grated cheese.
