Ingredients

  • 500 g - potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 100 g - cheddar cheese
  • 1 inch - ginger, finely grated
  • 1 cup - green coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 - Green chilli finely chopped (or according to taste)
  • 1 - large egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp - Oats
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds, coarsely crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Cheese Pakoda:

    1. Mix all the above ingredients in a glass bowl.
    2. Make small balls and keep in fridge for 15 mins.
    3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
    4. Fry the balls on medium heat till light golden.
    5. Drain on a paper napkin and serve with tomato ketchup.
