Ingredients

  • 1 can - Buttermilk Biscuits dough
  • 1 cup - Cheese
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 2-3 - Green chillies (chopped fine)
  • 1/4 tsp - Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Poppy seeds
  • 2 - Eggs (beaten)

How to Make Cheese Paratha-Omelette

  • Dry roast the sesame and poppy seeds.
  • Mix the grated cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, dry roasted sesame and poppy seeds, and jeera powder.
  • Now take the dough, add some of the cheese mixture on top, press down firmly so that it sticks to the dough, and roll each biscuit into a thick roti.
  • Heat a pan, put the roti on it, cheese side down.
  • Add some oil to fry it. Then put a tbsp or more of the beaten egg on the upper side of the roti and turn it over. Fry well on both sides.
  • Serve with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
