1 can - Buttermilk Biscuits dough
1 cup - Cheese
1/2 cup - Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp - Jeera powder
2-3 - Green chillies (chopped fine)
1/4 tsp - Sesame seeds
1/4 tsp - Poppy seeds
2 - Eggs (beaten)
How to Make Cheese Paratha-Omelette
Dry roast the sesame and poppy seeds.
Mix the grated cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, dry roasted sesame and poppy seeds, and jeera powder.
Now take the dough, add some of the cheese mixture on top, press down firmly so that it sticks to the dough, and roll each biscuit into a thick roti.
Heat a pan, put the roti on it, cheese side down.
Add some oil to fry it. Then put a tbsp or more of the beaten egg on the upper side of the roti and turn it over. Fry well on both sides.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
