  • 1 cup - cheese, grated
  • 5 - bread slices
  • 1 cup - milk and water mixed
  • 1 cup - onion, chopped
  • 1 cup - boiled and mashed potatoes
  • pinch - red chilli powder
  • chat masala or garam masala, optional
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cheese Roll

  • Mix potatoes, onions, salt and red chilli powder together. Make small rolls.
  • Take bread, cut into slices and soak a while in the milk.
  • Add water and squeeze to remove excess water.
  • Fill with the filling and cover well.
