  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - flour
  • 3 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder

How to Make Cheese Sauce

  • Warm the milk with a little water in a pan.
  • Mix in the flour and stir to get a smooth paste.
  • Add the butter, grated cheese, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  • Cook for 3 or 4 more min on low heat until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
  • Serve with any baked dish.
