Ingredients

  • 250 g - spinach
  • 200 g - paneer
  • 1/2 cup - ghee
  • 3 - eggs
  • 300 g - cheese
  • 50 g - maida
  • 1 tsp - salt

How to Make Cheese Spinach

  • In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, paneer, ghee, cheese, eggs, maida and salt until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Transfer to a greased pan.
  • Cook on high for 45 minutes, then reduce heat to low, and continue to cook for 1 hour.
