  • 2 slices - Bread
  • 1 - Carrot, grated
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 - Chillies, chopped
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Cheesy Bread Toast

  • Heat some oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add turmeric powder, green chillies, and tomato sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add carrot and salt.
  • Add some grated cheese and fold the mixture with the cheese.
  • Now take a slice of bread, place the mixture on it and cover it with the other slice.
  • Toast it in a toaster till crisp.
  • Serve hot.
