Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/4 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 - small Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp - chopped capsicum/green bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cheesy Cabbage Rice

  • Cook the rice and let it cool.
  • Saute the chopped garlic and onion until it turns pink.
  • Add the capsicum/green bell pepper and cabbage and stir-fry for few minutes on low heat.
  • Add rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 mins.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with grated cheese.
  • Serve hot.
