Ingredients

  • 25 - cocktail sticks
  • 25 1cm x 1cm - cheese cubes
  • 25 - baby tomatoes
  • 25 1 cmx1cm - pieces of carrot
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • pepper to taste

How to Make Cheesy Pickups

  • Boil carrots in water till they are slightly soft.
  • Drain it under cold water.
  • Sprinkle vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar over the pieces.
  • Toss to blend different flavours well.
  • Pierce one carrot piece on a cocktail stick.
  • Follow it with a piece of cheese.
  • Follow it with a baby tomato.
  • Repeat the step for all ingredients.
  • Serve arranged on a platter.
