Ingredients

  • 6-8- white bread cut into triangle or round shape
  • 5 - boiled and mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup - boiled Green peas
  • 3/4 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 2-3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Some Butter for spreading on bread
  • For the cheese covering:
  • 3-4 tbsp - grated cooking cheese
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 pinches - baking powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 - Milk
  • 1 tsp - mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder - as needed

How to Make Cheesy Potato Green Peas Toast

  • Blend mashed potatoes, green peas, chillies, pepper powder, salt, and butter with milk.
  • Spread butter on bread, and add the mixed potato mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the cheese covering, and spread it on the stuffed bread.
  • Sprinkle with red chilli powder.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or till crispy.
