Ingredients

  • 6-8- white bread cut into triangle or round shape
  • 5 - boiled and mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup - boiled Green peas
  • 3/4 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 2-3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Some Butter for spreading on bread
  • For the cheese covering:
  • 3-4 tbsp - grated cooking cheese
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 pinches - baking powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 - Milk
  • 1 tsp - mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder - as needed
  • How to Make Cheesy Potato Green Peas Toast:

    1. Blend mashed potatoes, green peas, chillies, pepper powder, salt, and butter with milk.
    2. Spread butter on bread, and add the mixed potato mixture.
    3. Mix all the ingredients of the cheese covering, and spread it on the stuffed bread.
    4. Sprinkle with red chilli powder.
    5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or till crispy.
