  • 250g - Potatoes
  • 150g - grated cheese
  • 100g - besan
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Cheesy potato vada

  • Boil and mash the potatoes. Add the grated cheese and black pepper.
  • Make small balls from it.
  • Make a batter with besan, a pinch of salt, water, and 1 tsp of hot oil.
  • Dip the potato balls in this batter and deep fry it.
