Ingredients

  • 1 cup each - beetroot, cucumber, carrot, radish, onion, red radish, capsicum, kakri (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup - finely chopped Cabbage
  • For dressing:
  • 1 cup - hung Curd
  • 1 tbsp - Salad oil
  • 4 tsp - powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard powder (or to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - whipped Cream
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp - red pepper sauce

How to Make Chef's Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Check seasoning.
  • All the vegetables into a bowl, toss with the dressing and serve on top of the finely chopped cabbage.
  • Garnish with sliced tomato.
