Ingredients

  • 1 liter - sugar cane juice
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 inch - ginger, chopped
  • 6 pudina leaves
  • Lime juice from 1 big lime
  • ice cubes

How to Make Cheruku rasam (sugar cane juice)

  • Make a fine paste with green chilli, ginger and pudina leaves
  • Add sugar cane juice and lime juice and run mixie for 1/2 mins
  • Remove half the quantity of juice, add ice cubes and run mixie for few seconds
  • Repeat the same with the remaining juice
  • Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes
