  • 1 cup - chick pea
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - ginger, small piece
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Coriander
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 tsp - balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp - olive oil
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Chick Pea Salad

  • Soak chick pea overnight.
  • Pressure cook peas for 15 minutes, col and keep aside.
  • Add the cut green chillies, ginger, onion, coriander, tomatoes and salt.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
