Ingredients

  • 1 cup - chick pea
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - ginger, small piece
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 tsp - Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Chick Pea Salad:

    1. Soak chick pea overnight.
    2. Pressure cook peas for 15 minutes, col and keep aside.
    3. Add the cut green chillies, ginger, onion, coriander, tomatoes and salt.
    4. Drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
