Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Chickpeas (boiled or canned)
  • 1/ 8 tsp - Kasuri Methi
  • 1/ 4 tsp -cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt (according to your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp -chilli powder
  • 1/ 8 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/ 8 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour
  • 3 tsp - oil

How to Make Chick Peas Kofta

  • Grind chickpeas without water.
  • Add all the spices, gram flour and oil. Make small balls and fry them nicely till they are light brown.
  • Put them on tissue paper. You can add them in gravy.
