Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Chickpeas (boiled or canned)
  • 1/ 8 tsp - Kasuri Methi
  • 1/ 4 tsp -cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt (according to your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp -chilli powder
  • 1/ 8 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/ 8 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour
  • 3 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Chick Peas Kofta:

    1. Grind chickpeas without water.
    2. Add all the spices, gram flour and oil. Make small balls and fry them nicely till they are light brown.
    3. Put them on tissue paper. You can add them in gravy.
