Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • 3 tbsp - wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp - chopped garlic
  • 8 medium pieces - chicken
  • 6 - baby corns, cut into medium-size pieces
  • 1 - carrot, cut into fine pieces
  • 4 - French beans, cut into fine pieces
  • 1 - big potato, cut into fine pieces
  • 1 - tomato, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 - small green chillies, cut into two pieces
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Chicken & Baby Corn Stew

  • Boil chicken pieces along with chopped vegetables in a pressure cooker.
  • In a pan, pour 2 tbsp of oil and water, add garlic, and roast till transparent.
  • Add wheat flour and roast; if you wish to add more oil, add on just 1 tsp and not more.
  • Roast wheat flour properly, and add pepper powder on slow fire.
  • Slowly add boiled chicken with veggies and its soup till the consistency is a little thick. Add chillies.
  • Allow it to boil, add salt to taste, and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • This should be eaten immediately with garlic toast.
