Ingredients

  • 500 g - boneless Chicken
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - Onion paste
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 - medium size Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 - Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Chicken & Capsicum Fritters:

    1. Wash, deseed and cut the capsicum into one inch pieces.
    2. Mix the pepper powder, onion paste, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, corn flour, egg, garam masala, and salt together.
    3. Marinate the boneless chicken and the capsicum pieces with this mixture and set aside for 45 minutes.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters a few at a time till golden brown.
    5. Serve with lemon slices and onions rings.
