How to Make Chicken & Capsicum Fritters

  • Wash, deseed and cut the capsicum into one inch pieces.
  • Mix the pepper powder, onion paste, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, corn flour, egg, garam masala, and salt together.
  • Marinate the boneless chicken and the capsicum pieces with this mixture and set aside for 45 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters a few at a time till golden brown.
  • Serve with lemon slices and onions rings.
