  • 8 slices - bread
  • 3 tbsp - boiled shredded Chicken
  • 2 eggs beaten well
  • 2 Onions chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Chicken & Scrambled Egg Sandwiches:

    1. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions till brown.
    2. Add the chicken, beaten eggs, salt and chilli powder and fry well mixing all the time so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
    3. Continue cooking on low heat till the eggs are well scrambled.
    4. Mix in the chopped coriander leaves.
    5. Spread butter on one side of all the slices of bread.
    6. Divide the filling into four parts and place on four slices of bread.
    7. Cover with the remaining slices.
