Ingredients

  • 8 slices - bread
  • 3 tbsp - boiled shredded Chicken
  • 2 eggs beaten well
  • 2 Onions chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chicken & Scrambled Egg Sandwiches

  • Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions till brown.
  • Add the chicken, beaten eggs, salt and chilli powder and fry well mixing all the time so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Continue cooking on low heat till the eggs are well scrambled.
  • Mix in the chopped coriander leaves.
  • Spread butter on one side of all the slices of bread.
  • Divide the filling into four parts and place on four slices of bread.
  • Cover with the remaining slices.
