How to Make Chicken 65 for Parties

  • Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients (except red chillies and jeera) for 5 to 6 hours. Cook it in a non-stick pan (do not cover).
  • Cook the chicken on a medium flame till tender.
  • In a separate pan, heat oil or ghee. Add red chillies and jeera.
  • After they turn blackish, add this seasoning on the chicken.
  • Your chicken 65 is ready and you can enjoy it with fresh parathas.
