Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boneless chicken, cut in cubes
  • 3 - sliced onions
  • 4 - tomatoes, cut in small pieces
  • 2 tbsp - refined oil
  • For Marinade Mixture:
  • 250 gm - curd
  • 1 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - salt

How to Make Chicken 65 in Tomato based gravy

  • Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken for two hours.
  • Heat a kadai, pour oil and fry the sliced onions till brown.
  • Then add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
  • Now add the marinated chicken and stir on high flame for five mins
  • Then cook on medium fire with closed lid for 20 mins until done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
  • Serve.
