Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1/2 kg (Boneless preferably)
  • Lime Juice - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Kesari Colour - 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Chilli Power - 3 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg (Beaten) - 1
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Maida - 2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic and Ginger Paste (from 7 pods garlic and 1 inch piece ginger)
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Chicken 65 with Egg

  • Clean and cut chicken into 2 inch pieces and drain water completely.
  • Mix rest of the ingredients well with chicken pieces.
  • Marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and keep at room temperature for about an hour.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Fry all the chicken pieces, a few at a time, until they turn reddish brown in colour.
