Ingredients

  • 1 cup - chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - cucumber, chopped
  • 6 slices - bread
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chicken And Capsicum Bread Squares

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the bread, together.
  • Toast the bread until crisp. Cut each slice into quarters.
  • Spoon the capsicum-chicken mixture on each piece.
  • Serve with chilli-garlic sauce.
