  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1.5 cup - Chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp - dark soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp - dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 6 onions, cut into thin rings
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder

How to Make Chicken and Egg Donburi

  • Clean and cut the chicken breasts into thin strips or cubes.
  • Boil the chicken stock, add the soya sauce, dry sherry, sugar and boil further.
  • add the chicken strips to the stock and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the chopped onions and keep for a minute.
  • Then add the lightly beaten eggs and let it stand for another 2 minutes.
  • Stir carefully, remove from the heat and serve with hot rice.
