  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1.5 cup - Chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp - dark soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp - dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 6 onions, cut into thin rings
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder
  • How to Make Chicken and Egg Donburi:

    1. Clean and cut the chicken breasts into thin strips or cubes.
    2. Boil the chicken stock, add the soya sauce, dry sherry, sugar and boil further.
    3. add the chicken strips to the stock and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
    4. Add the chopped onions and keep for a minute.
    5. Then add the lightly beaten eggs and let it stand for another 2 minutes.
    6. Stir carefully, remove from the heat and serve with hot rice.
