Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled and shredded Chicken
  • 8 slices of sandwich bread of your choice
  • 4 tsp - Butter
  • 1 large Onion thinly sliced into rings
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 4 tsp - Mint chutney

How to Make Chicken And Mint Chutney Sandwiches

  • Mix the shredded chicken with the mint chutney and lime juice. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Spread the chicken and mint chutney mixture liberally on 4 slices of bread.
  • Lay the onion slices on this then top with the remaining slices of bread buttered side down.
  • Trim the edges.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
