Ingredients

  • 1 handful fine Egg noodles
  • 5 cups - Chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp - shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup - boiled and shredded Chicken
  • a pinch of ajinomoto
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Chicken and Noodle Soup:

    1. Boil the noodles according to the direction on the box. Drain.
    2. Bring the stock to a boil, and add cabbage and boil for 5 mins. Add noodles.
    3. Remove from fire and mix the rest of the ingredients.
    4. Serve hot.
