How to Make Chicken and Scallion Fry

  • Marinate chicken with cumin powder, grill mate powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and grated onion for 1 hour.
  • Mix and shallow fry for a few minutes.
  • Cut onion into long pieces.
  • Boil tomatoes and grind it.
  • Fry onions and garlic till it turns golden brown colour and add the tomato paste.
  • Add the chicken and chopped scallions, in that order and then bay leaves after a few minutes
  • Cook covered in SIM.
  • Serve with plain rice or pulav.
