Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts - 3
  • Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
  • Grill mate powder - 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  • Grated Onion
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 3
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Scallions - 4
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Chicken and Scallion Fry:

    1. Marinate chicken with cumin powder, grill mate powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and grated onion for 1 hour.
    2. Mix and shallow fry for a few minutes.
    3. Cut onion into long pieces.
    4. Boil tomatoes and grind it.
    5. Fry onions and garlic till it turns golden brown colour and add the tomato paste.
    6. Add the chicken and chopped scallions, in that order and then bay leaves after a few minutes
    7. Cook covered in SIM.
    8. Serve with plain rice or pulav.
