Ingredients

  • For grinding: 250 g - shrimps
  • 250 g - minced Chicken
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 25 g - kishmish
  • 1 tbsp - flour
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp each - chopped Green chillies and chopped Coriander leaves
  • For the gravy: 1 - medium-sized potato, cubed
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - chilli paste
  • 100 g - oil
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala

How to Make Chicken and Shrimp Ball Curry

  • Mix all the ingredients to be ground and grind coarsely.
  • Make balls with the mixture and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai and fry the balls until golden brown. Keep aside.
  • Fry the potatoes in the oil until golden brown.
  • Add all the masalas, except the garam masala, and cook until the oil leaves the masalas.
  • Add 2 cups of hot water and let the potatoes cook.
  • Add the balls and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add garam masala and simmer for a little longer.
  • Serve with rice.
