Ingredients

  • For grinding: 250 g - shrimps
  • 250 g - minced Chicken
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 25 g - kishmish
  • 1 tbsp - flour
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp each - chopped Green chillies and chopped Coriander leaves
  • For the gravy: 1 - medium-sized potato, cubed
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - chilli paste
  • 100 g - oil
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • How to Make Chicken and Shrimp Ball Curry:

    1. Mix all the ingredients to be ground and grind coarsely.
    2. Make balls with the mixture and keep aside.
    3. Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai and fry the balls until golden brown. Keep aside.
    4. Fry the potatoes in the oil until golden brown.
    5. Add all the masalas, except the garam masala, and cook until the oil leaves the masalas.
    6. Add 2 cups of hot water and let the potatoes cook.
    7. Add the balls and simmer for 10 minutes.
    8. Add garam masala and simmer for a little longer.
    9. Serve with rice.
