  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, carrots, Capsicum and sp -ring Onions
  • 1/2 cup - boiled and shredded Chicken
  • 4-5 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 10-15 wonton sheets
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste For sweet chilli sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp - Honey
  • How to Make Chicken and veggie parcels:

    1. Cut all vegetables into juliennes.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion and garlic, add all the vegetables and cook for 5 mins, add shredded chicken, salt and pepper and soya sauce.
    3. Place spoonful of mixture onto wonton sheet and apply beaten eggs to the edges.
    4. Gather up corners to make a little parcel. Tie with spring onion.
    5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry wontons in medium hot oil till crisp - and golden brown.
    6. Remove and drain onto an absorbent paper
    7. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
    8. For sweet chilli sauce:
    9. Take soya sauce in a bowl, to this add chilli sauce and vinegar add sesame oil, honey and mix well. Add a little water if required.
