Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - Chicken stock
  • 1 cup - cooked shredded Chicken
  • 6 tbsp - fine semolina
  • 2 tsp - chopped Celery
  • 1 tsp - chopped Green chillies
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg and bread crumbs to coat
  • oil to fry
  • How to Make Chicken Balls:

    1. Boil the chicken stock. Lower the flame and add semolina in a thin stream, stirring all the time.
    2. Cook stirring till the mixture is like a very thick sauce.
    3. Add rest of the ingredients except the oil and allow to cool and become firm.
    4. Make small balls of this mixture, coat with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
    5. Serve on cocktail sticks.
