  • 1/2 cup - fresh coagulated blood
  • 1 - onion
  • Coriander leaves - few sprigs
  • Freshly ground coarse black pepper - 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chicken Blood Fry

  • Fry the onion till golden brown in the oil.
  • Add the coriander leaves and pepper.
  • Then add in the coagulated blood, add salt to taste and fry for a while.
  • Serve hot.
