Ingredients

  • 10 - eggs
  • 1 cup - Cottage cheese
  • 1 cup - chicken, diced
  • 1 cup - cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup - jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 2 - green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken, Cheese and Egg Casserole

  • Mix everything in a bowl.
  • Pour into an 8 inch square baking pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven until the eggs are firmly set and golden brown on top - about 25-35 mins.
  • Serve hot.
