Ingredients

  • 250 g - boneless chicken, medium-sized pieces
  • 2 - Onions
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 bunch - coriander
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 150 g - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 cups - water

How to Make Chicken Chilli

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander and coconut. Fry for a few minutes.
  • Add a cup of water and simmer till it thickens.
  • Heat oil in a medium-sized pressure cooker. Add chicken pieces and fry.
  • |Add the gravy and 1/2 cup water.
  • Cover and cook up to 3 whistles.
  • Serve hot with rotis.
