Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken breasts
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 cup - Corn kernels
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Tandoori Chicken masala
  • 6-7 drops - Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Chicken Cornwallis:

    1. Cut onions very finely. Heat a small amount of oil in a nonstick vessel. Chicken releases oil during cooking, so there is no need for a large amount of oil.
    2. Fry onions till they turn golden.
    3. Add the bag of corn along with tomatoes and spices.
    4. Make a nice and thick gravy.
    5. Add chicken (you can marinate the chicken for 2 hours before cooking in yogurt and ginger-garlic paste, if you like).
    6. Stir the chicken in the gravy for some time for it to soak in the spices.
    7. Add water and cook for some more time till the chicken becomes soft.
    8. Add lime juice to taste. Chicken Cornwallis is ready for serving.
