How to Make Chicken Curry Kashmiri

  • Clean and cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Slice half the onions and grind the rest with the masala.
  • Smear masala over chicken and set it aside.
  • Heat fat, put in the whole garam masala and sliced onions and fry onions till light brown.
  • Add chicken and masala and fry well.
  • Add blanched and chopped tomatoes and a little water.
  • Allow it to simmer till chicken is tender.
