Ingredients

  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1- onion, cubed
  • 6- Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 inch -ginger, chopped
  • 1 packet (65 g) - Maggi ayam madu
  • 500 g - Chicken pieces, medium size
  • 75 ml (3/4 cup)- water
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Chicken curry with Maggi Ayam Madu:

    1. Wash and clean chicken pieces. Drain out water thoroughly.
    2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cubed onion and fry on a low to medium heat till pink colour.
    3. Add chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes.
    4. Add Maggi Ayam Madu and saute well for 2 - 3 minutes.
    5. Add chicken pieces, water, salt and pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover with a tight lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 30 - 40 minutes or until done / chicken pieces softens / gravy thickens. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice / fried rice / noodles.
