Wash and clean chicken pieces. Drain out water thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cubed onion and fry on a low to medium heat till pink colour.
Add chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes.
Add Maggi Ayam Madu and saute well for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add chicken pieces, water, salt and pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover with a tight lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 30 - 40 minutes or until done / chicken pieces softens / gravy thickens. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice / fried rice / noodles.
