  • 2 - medium sized onions, sliced
  • 3 - tomatoes , sliced
  • 1 tbsp - garlic and ginger
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 kg -skinless chicken
  • Spices:
  • Pinch - turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • Mild curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dried red chilli powder

How to Make Chicken Curry with Tomatoes

  • Fry the onion and when it is golden brown, add the garlic ginger paste and the spices.
  • Then add the tomatoes and simmer it until the tomatoes become mushy.
  • Add the chicken, cover and cook it on low heat.
  • Check it every 5 mins and when it dries, garnish it with corianders.
  • Serve.
