Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups - instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 8 oz - ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup - onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 large - egg
  • 1 tbsp - cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 1 tbsp - green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala and salt
  • oil

How to Make Chicken cutlet

  • In a medium bowl, add potato flakes.
  • Add in water and the remaining ingredients to the mix. Stir until it is smooth.
  • Divide in quarters, using wet hands, and shape it into 4 oval patties, each about 5 inches long and 3/4 inches thick.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan in medium heat and add cutlets and cook all the sides until it is crusty and cooked thoroughly.
  • Place it on a plate along with tomato and onion salad.
