  • 1.25 cups - instant mashed Potato flakes
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 8 oz - ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 large - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 1 tbsp - Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala and salt
  • oil
  • How to Make Chicken cutlet:

    1. In a medium bowl, add potato flakes.
    2. Add in water and the remaining ingredients to the mix. Stir until it is smooth.
    3. Divide in quarters, using wet hands, and shape it into 4 oval patties, each about 5 inches long and 3/4 inches thick.
    4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan in medium heat and add cutlets and cook all the sides until it is crusty and cooked thoroughly.
    5. Place it on a plate along with tomato and onion salad.
