Ingredients

  • 500 g - minced chicken
  • 2 - onions minced fine
  • 1.5 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 - potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 3-5 tbsp - flour
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Chicken Cutlets

  • Mix together all ingredients until well blended and divide into 12 to 15 equal portions. Shape into cutlets.
  • If the mixture is too moist add 1 or 2 extra tbsp flour.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown.
  • Drain off excess oil in a kitchen towel.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and potato chips.
