Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken
  • 1/2 kg - onions, cut into rings
  • 250 g - curds
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 25 g - garam masala (sabut)
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 250 g - tomato puree
  • 250 g - oil
  • 4 - boiled eggs

How to Make Chicken Do Pyaza

  • Fry the onion rings, reserving 250 g.
  • Heat oil in a degchi and add sabut garam masala to it.
  • Make a paste of curds and 1/4 kg fried onions in a grinder and add along with ginger-garlic paste to the garam masala.
  • Add the remaining spices and cool.
  • Then add tomato puree and continue stirring while you add 1/2 litre water.
  • When it starts to boil, add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Then add 4 eggs and 250 g onion rings.
  • Mix well and bring to a boil. Your dish is ready.
