Ingredients

  • 6 - Chicken Drumsticks
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely
  • 6 - peppercorns
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp - chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp - chopped fresh Mint
  • 6 - green chillies, sliced
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Chicken Drumsticks Fry

  • Boil the chicken in about 1 cup of water with a little salt and the pepper corns till tender.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic till golden brown.
  • Add the boiled chicken, chilli powder and pepper powder and cook till semi dry.
  • Stir in the chopped mint and coriander leaves and fry for a few more minutes.
  • Serve.
