How to Make Chicken Exotica

  • In a bowl, put chicken pieces, add marination, cover with a foil and keep in the fridge for half an hour.
  • In another bowl, add oil, cloves, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds and chopped onion and microwave on 800 w for 5 minutes.
  • In a new bowl, mix together ingredients of bowls 1 and 2.
  • Mix in ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and salt .
  • Cover and cook in microwave at 800 w for 18 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 cup water and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with naan or rumali rotis.
